Studio Etiquette
• It is important for all dancers to wear the correct attire to each class.
Please read the dance attire section to find out the requirements for each class.
• Dance is a progressive art form and as such each lesson builds on the skills of the previous lesson.
A regular attendance will assist a dancer to progress at a rewarding and safe rate.
Please email if your child will be absent for any class.
• Please assist us in tidying up after yourself and keep the changerooms and waiting area tidy.
No food or drink (besides water) are permitted in the studios.
• For the protection of the dance floors, no outdoor shoes are permitted in the studios.
• The teachers are only responsible for dancers during their class, not before or after class.
Please be aware that it is a public car park.

Withdrawal from Classes
If for any reason you decide to discontinue classes, please notify the studio, in writing, no later than November 1, 2018 to avoid being held responsible for all costume fees incurred. There will be no refunds if the withdrawal notice is received after the first lesson of the month.
Performing
The year end show will give all dancers in a dance class (including the adult classes; who choose to)
the opportunity to perform on stage.
This event will give all parents and family members the opportunity to see their dancer shine on stage.
*Selected groups will participate in local festivals and competitions.*
2018/2019 Dance Season

Costume Fees/Deposits
A costume fee deposit is required for all performing classes. This deposit will go towards the final costume costs and is payable by 30 September 2018.
-3/4 yr $60
-5 + yr $70
*Costumes will not be handed out, until all fees have been paid.*
Registration
The registration form must be filled in completely, and the waiver signed.
A Registration Deposit, of $40 will be required to secure placement.

Tuition is due at Registration, which will be starting September 5th, 6th and 7th.
We will be in the studio on these days, for an In-Person Registration, which is a great way for us to connect and for you to look around your new home!
Please contact us if you are unable to make September Registration.
Cancellation of classes
If the school must close due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (eg snow / power outages etc), classes will be cancelled.
*Notification will be sent via email and on Facebook.
There will be no refunds for these cancellations.
